I know my posts on this new page have not lived up to the quality of those on my previous blog, ALL THAT IS ABOUT TO CHANGE, I’ve just been so busy I didn’t really elaborate as I should have on specifics that made a  particular topic post worthy. I’m back now though, busy but back. First Item on the menu, just a simple update.

It’s going to be finals week in about 4 days, I just got news that I’m going to New York on friday to build relations with store owners and other influential members of our industry, I also want to network with the hundreds of people in line for air yeezys.

I just found out that my friend Sasha is a music producer and she’s amazing, We fused one of my old songs into her new instrumentals and it was very organic…….more on that as the situation develops (shes going to be in MD this summer too )

I still haven’t started my english paper and honestly don’t know when I’ll find the time, maybe today

I really like the way things are going right now and just hope for the best. my power is back on at the house but for some reason after demolishing (literraly) one of LEEEENY’S BABY BACK RIBSSS I slept like a baby at the church (we call it the church because their house used to be one.

right now I’m putting together a portfolio for the weekend and trying to figure out how this is going to go, hopefully great. Till tomorrow, or till I feel like posting again later today

Great morning! slept like a baby, I’m on campus right now (why does my entry sound like I’m Tweeting???) Still working on the site, my main man Fahim aka Fahimo Supremo (I’m going to design a sticker with that nickname I swear!)  wore my new favorite T (May 15 people, May 15) it’s just great to see the brand coming together, shout outs to all those around me that inspire me and to the brands out there I respect and follow as far as streetwear is concerned (king stampede, Acapulco Gold, Award Tour, etc) I actually don’t consider my brand or the ones I’ve listed as streetwear, more like everyday lifewear, (was that corny to you??)

BACK TO THE REASON FOR THE POST!! (going off on unrelated tangents are very common here in Sam’s Town (the killers reference) I was going to get breakfast this morning when I came across this little furry guy, oh so peaceful, I got as close as he would let me then put the SX100’s 10x optical zoom to use

My site is still a mess but if I was trying to be cookie cutter perfect it wouldn’t feel genuine so I won’t, like always I’ll take you guy’s along for the ride as I grow, and go through my trials and errors.

No worms here, just words…. any way, the power at my apartment is knocked out for some reason and that simply means I get to enjoy life without the unnecessary pleasures of modern technology, can you feel the sarcasm, don’t get me wrong, I love nature, I’m born and raised AfricanChicagoMarylandian I can take a little black out, but when I’ve had the day I had yesterday, then you just want to drop on a nice plush futon with the AC blowing on your bum.

That wasn’t even the purpose of this post lol, I miss the content from my old site, I only have 6 posts on here and it blows because I like to go back and read my own entries, it’s a window to what my mindset was at the time and how, if ever, my interests have changed or grown, not to mention that this current site is still under construction (it should be done by the end of the day, making changes as we speak…actually as I type…I’m rambling again)

I just finished the sequel to my favorite bond’s compilation so far, Quantum of Solace. It was amazing, and I know I’m late but being in school in a town with crappy public transportation and no automobile of your own makes you miss out on movies such as this. However, this isn’t a review of my big screen (32″ baby!) experience. I just couldn’t help but notice how well dressed bond is, was, and always has been. Bond has always had the best suits, tuxedos and sunglasses and it inspires me in my life and design, so I though I’d share some of the bondopeness with you guys. ( FYI Daniel Craig as bond is like Wolverine in a sense that he seems physically indestructible but emotionally distressed) (i’ll also do a post later on all the other bonds, bond >>>any other agent, period)

I had to leave the net for the weekend, it was wonderful, I’ll do a well documented post later, I don’t have the USB cord for my camera so as soon as I get it we’ll be back.  don’t have any images on my computer yet from the weekend so I’ll leave you with another W.I.A.T (it’s actually what I ate last time I was in PA)

This is the last post from the old blog so I figured I’d just do a transplant.

TODAY WAS CRAZY!!!!

I started the day off normal and and then about 10:30am the reality that I haven’t been home in so long and the compounded stress of college started to get to me, I freaked! I panicked, I bought a round trip ticket home, abandoning all obligation to have 3 days of sanity I think it was well deserved.

With the help of some good friends I found the nearest greyhound station. I ran to my apartment to find that the mail man had left me some presents

Asher came through in entirety although Blunt cruising is trash lol.

I tried to read for a little while but that didn’t work cause the bus was too shaky

I then slept off, woke up in silverspring, surprised  my mom and came home to this

Crazy day right??? I KNOW!!

Hello Brethren, A lot has changed since we last met, moved to a new site, and more importantly a DRASTIC NAME CHANGE, I added an “s” so forget the name connoisseur and embrace the name CONNOISSEURS. This is the new home base, I will keep the blog as authentic as it always has been, keep it a reflection of me and a little window to my thoughts, remember the summer T shirts come MAY 15 at noon, all you have to do then is just click on the STORE tab to your left and make a purchase.
